1. Deposit

We have a deposit policy in place to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our valued customers. When booking a session with us, we kindly request a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit serves as a commitment and helps us reserve the necessary resources, equipment, and staff for your session.

In the event that you need to reschedule, we are more than happy to accommodate your request, as long as it is made at least 3 business days before your scheduled session. Please note that rescheduling can only be done once, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable (typically 50% of a paid session), as it compensates for the time and resources allocated to your session.

We have a policy of not providing raw images to clients. We believe that this policy is in the best interest of both our clients and our studio. Here are the reasons behind this decision:

  • Quality Control: Raw images are unprocessed files that require specialized software and skills to be properly edited. This includes displaying the photos in personal albums, sharing them on social media platforms, or printing them for personal use. However, any usage for commercial purposes, such as advertising, promotion, or resale, requires prior written consent and a separate licensing agreement.

  • Commercial Usage: For clients who wish to use our photos for commercial purposes, such as marketing campaigns, advertisements, or publications, a separate agreement and contract are necessary.   • Copyright Ownership: All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the photographs remain with Katerina Hung Studio. Clients do not have the right to sell, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of the original or edited images without explicit written consent.

  • Enforcement: In case of copyright infringement or unauthorized usage of our photos, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect our rights as the copyright holder.
